South Berwick, Maine is a small community on the banks of the Piscatiqua and Great Works Rivers. Located just inland, it has easy access to Portsmouth, NH, Dover, NH, and Portland, ME, with easy highway access both North and South. A mostly residential town it has both older in-town neighborhoods within blocks of the quaint village of shops and restaurants, and newer neighborhood both close to the village and in more rural areas. Demand for homes in South Berwick has increased dramatically in the last few years.
