Our listings are exclusive to this agency. We carefully screen prospective tenants to insure the best possible match for all parties. We personally interview each prospective tenant, as well as, verify information on their rental application. This includes a credit report, employment verifications and landlord verifications. The owner/landlord is provided with a complete application package, along with a credit report, for review and final approval. Upon acceptance and approval of a tenant, we are willing to prepare and coordinate the signing of the appropriate State of Maine lease or Month to Month rental agreement
CENTURY 21 Barbara Patterson provides property management services. These services include collecting rents when such amounts become due and deposit into Owner’s account at local bank. We maintain accurate and complete records of receipts and disbursements. We physically inspect the interior of the property every 6 months or as needed. Drive-by inspections are done on a more frequent basis. A rental management agreement is required and will direct the agent’s responsibilities regarding repair or replacement issues. We have clients all over the country that have peace of mind knowing that their property here at home is in good hands.
